NTU SPORTS CLUB!!

Anyway this is a blog entry about NTU sports club..

i am supposed to be studying for my quiz now.. but i dun know why i am blogging instead..

so here goes.

NTU Sports Club has to be the greatest change factor in my 25 years of living on planet earth ever since i was borne from my mother's womb.
The experience taught me many things(many weird things too! LOL) and made me numerous friends!! but i guess the most important thing was the fact that i was proud to be a member of Sports club because of the fact that it was made of a group of capable and committed individuals who was fiercely loyal to their friends and to the club. NTU sports club was a brand. An elite membership. People who was from Sports club is confirm "zai" one and i was proud of that. This was not based on just empty words but the various achievements that many of our past seniors accomplish through the various annual national events. Not only that we boast the most happening and boisterous students of NTU that have lotsa fun and also maintain our academic performance and capable of organising successful events at a national level.

Yes, we had conflicts and definitely people would have issues with each other as it is impossible to put a group of people together and expect complete teamwork. Human beings are selfish and the tendency to have preference will always be there. Despite that fact, seniors in the past still manage to put their personal issues aside in order to achieve the big picture; which was to bring NTU sports club to greater heights. No matter what issues we had with each other we will always put it aside to come together and get things done. And we would always respect our seniors and appreciate whatever help they provide. Afterall, it was their time and effort that they have sacrificed in the past to give us such an established Sports Club for us to say that we belong to.
To justify all this: you all should try googling NTU Sports Club and i can swear by my life there will tonnes of blog entries from participants who go through our events and have nothing but praises for NTU Sports Club.

But now, i have to say that i see it quite missing from the club that i used to love so much. how i hope that things will return to what they used to be. Maybe the change of the grading system could have caused a change in mentality? or maybe its because of the HAS system? or maybe its just due to the fact that the newer generation just do not possess such qualities or mentalities have really changed?? i guess its not right that i generalise all the juniors but i really do not wish to see that all the efforts by the seniors to maintain the sports club culture go down the drain.

To all my sports club juniors, SU17 is your chance to show the freshies what NTU Sports Club is meant to be. The experiences that you went through that made you decide to be a member of Sports Club. Please do your seniors proud.

came back home to find out that i had tonnes of unfinished work and back log to catch up with.. :(
damn sian

Plus i went back hall to find out that my room was in shambles.. then my laptop was screwed up by some rotten juice that came from a mandarin orange that i left on top of the shelf.
apparently it rotted and the thicked viscous juice flowed down and dripped on my keyboard!!!
so now i have a "k" button that is like sticky and pathetic.. RARGghhhhh!!!

Removin my stitches on monday!! hopefully doctor will tell me that i have made speedy recovery.
i just realise that my ankle is swollen and bruise over the days in penang.. plus i put on tonnes of weight from eating like steamboat for consecutive 3 days for 6 meals.. damn erxin..
dun know how am i going to lose that extra pounds when i cannot even exercise properly.. God please help me!!

oh yah.. I WANT TO PLAY MAHJONG!!!

Operation busted knee!!

Going for my operation tomorrow!!
Sewing my anterior cruciate ligament together by taking tendons from my hamstring.
for those who do not know how will an ACL reconstruction look like? let me show u..



hopefully my knee will be back to how it was after the op is done.
better be worth going through all the pain.
