Hall 2 Swimming Team!!

Hall 2 Swimming Team!!! woohoohoo!!
We won 3 Gold and 1 Silver out of 5 events during IHG Swimming Finals.
We are just damn zai. haha

I have to say that we dun deserve to be overall 2nd.
I think the point system sucks. Big time.

Anyway we still went celebrate our victory at Fish n Co.
The swimming girls.
Shiqi, Nicole, Jiayin, Valerie, Amanda, Joan and Jiaying.

The swimming guys plus Hall 2 JCRC President and Sports Sec.
Songloo, Roderick, Me, Jianlong, Sidney and Zhenhao.
Missing guys: Paul, U-wei, Junyi, Eric and Keith.

We got bored.
So Zhenhao and Sidney decided to stuff things into their mouth.

I think huge is an understatement.

Blood donation

My virgin blood donation experience.
The needle was humongous. Scary.
I wanted to donate blood last year,
But unluckily i was down with flu during the period.

Yeah!! i donated my 1st packet of blood.
It wasn't as bad as i thought.
I had 2 packets of milo as refreshment
And i koped 1 soursop juice back to hall. haha.
Blood donations are good!!

I went for training after donating blood.
There was a HUGE swelling! OMG!
I thought it was going to get infected by the pool water
because the dirty ah tiongs always swim and use it as a chance to bathe.
Thats why the SRC swimming pool is always damn murky.

Bruises started to appear after 1 night.
Luckily the swelling went down. =)

5 days after donating blood.
Look at that huge area of bruise. omg.
Please never go for trainings after donating blood.
This is my advice to all of you. HAHAHA

2nd Day at work

I have just applied for a pub job together with Mr Toh Jiade at some pub called emerald hill near Somerset MRT. So please come visit me if you guys have the time. It is supposed to be a cocktail bar which is quite famous. I think its all bullshit and if i am not so poor and broke i would definitely not be working. Anyway its my 2nd day on the job and i work from 7pm to 2am on the nights i work. damn tiring shit from standing the whole time serving drinks to customers and taking orders. I get paid 7 dollars per hour and transport is paid for (so its not that bad). There are quite a few things that i have learned while working there so i think its quite a worthwhile experience. Wearing leather shoes to work is really hell. makes your feet swell like shit at the end of the day and its damn painful. fuck man. i should get black sneakers soon. ok time to sleep. adios!

Li Ting's birthday

It was Li Ting's birthday today.
I was going to give her 2 of my baby hamsters as a present.
They are still pink and naked now.
have to wait till they wean off their mother Tafen.

Everyone from shebec came along to celebrate her birthday.
Only grace and jacq didn't join us.
Alex and Jialiang were missing from the picture as they were ordering food.

It was a fun night.
I love my Shebec. haha.

Back to School Bash

This is my first time organizing a party. It is a back to school bash organized for my school. The ticket is quite cool as it is all in black and it is only going at $14 with 1 free drink! what a fabulous offer! LOL. It will be held on 17th Jan at butterfactory! i hope it will be a great success with all the tickets sold. =)

Crab Feast

i love crabs. haha.
i think that day i ate like 2 whole crabs myself.
1 claypot crab and 1 butter crab. wooohooohoo...
shiok to the max.
but i lao sai that night. urgh

1 more day to year 2 sem 2

1 more day to a new semester.

It is also a new year too. i love 2008.
So many things to look forward too.
3 months of holiday. Beijing Olympics. Euro 2008. More exams.
I just hope i will do berry well for my thermodynamics.
Maybe i should try to improve the standard of english for my blog entries too.
Time to set my priorities right before God.
I need to seriously do some financial planning.
It is not good to always be poor like a beggar at the end of the month.

Sparklers are good fun.
they seem to burn your worries away while they burn brightly in the darkness.
but once they burn out everything returns to the way it was.
And so u light another sparkler.
haha. and they are damn expensive. 10cents for 1 stick.
